Zhejiang International Conference

By invitation from Gold Yard International Exchange Service, representing the local office of SAFEA (China State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs), Varibox CVT Technologies took part in the 2016, Zhejiang International Talent Exchange and Project Cooperation Conference held during November in Hangzhou, China.

The conference focused on bringing industry experts, innovators and investors together to investigate opportunities for the development and manufacture of high tech products in Hangzhou. The event placed an emphasis on established intellectual property / patents. The conference, in its 8th year, attracted over 3,180 overseas entrepreneur and investment capital to the value of 10.2 billion yuan.

Feedback from the conference indicates that there is undisputed potential for the Varibox product set in many different applications. 

Success stories presented at the conference included the collaboration between the Technion University in Israel with local Chinese partners in the development of surgical robots performing medical procedures. In addition, Jan visited the Hangzhou Daijangdong Industrial Cluster and the Hangzhou Economic & Technological Development Area (HEDA) where further talks on the Varibox IP ensued.
