The service agreement include a full repertoire of engineering services that will be provided to the licensee for the full duration of the license period.

Engineering services include:

• Providing existing designs in the form of SolidWorks 3D CAD models and the accompanying results
• Full use of in-house developed, dedicated design software in the case of ROTORcvt
• Custom developed and verified Matlab Simulink Simscape simulation model in the case of ROTORcvt
• FEM (Finite Element Modelling) of components via SolidWorks for both ROTORcvt and icvt
• General engineering consulting services required for the successful commercialisation of each concept
• Concept designs for both RADIALcvt and icvt
